javascript - Need help working with Sublime Text 3 -

i know question basic , have been searching answer quite time now. hope give me clear idea on this.

trust me have done research on web lot , found not satisfied.

hope me out here can have clear idea on this.

need in understanding on how works.:

i came visual studio (ide) , there have worked on projects(angular js) in previous company.it has inbuilt server on it. when loading files(scripts) , images , css different folders used work , loved it.

in new company, people using sublime text 2/3 , have installed server (python or something..i don't know exactly).hence able load files, images , stuff.

i have downloaded on personal laptop , installed many packages . using same (sublime 3). commands, editing etc..

all seem cool problem when try load images/script files/css other folders (everything under same directory - folder difference). nothing seems work there. unable see images, angular script files working , on.. how configure or how rid of problem once , can coding (in sense - not adding in 1 single page- javascript code, css code images , on..)

please tell me how solve problem. (do need ?)

Android volley - avoid multiple requests of the same kind to the server? -

i using volley upload list of images server. happens within service. once image uploaded remove list. problem arises when internet connection breaks. when internet connection breaks , comes again thinking of adding images yet uploaded request queue. this can result in more 1 copy of same image saved on server request same image might have gone through before getting rseponse. how can address scenario? i'm not quite sure why you're using service schedule requests volley automatically runs it's request in seperate thread. nevertheless can listen both request results, successful , unsuccessful adding listeners. you can remove image list schedule request using volley. if succeeds can carry on desired, if fails can add again list. public static request getimageuploadrequest(final string image) { response.listener<t> responselistener = new response.listener<t>() { @override public void onresponse(t response...
