angularjs - WebStorm 2016.2 live edit for a node.js app not working -

i'm working on node.js , angular.js app webstorm 2016.2 live edit function doesn't work, have restart server each change on node.js side. (changes in angularare seen in browser without server restart.)

i checked , live edit plugin installed. tried both in run , debug modes. missing?
