Redmine workflows doesn't work -

i have working redmine workflows , roles. try change workflow role, changes doesn't make sense. have same list of statuses before workflow update. redmine version 3.0.4.

thank john answer. yes work users out admin permissions. admins workflow change doesn't make sense.
